Owner and Proprietor Bob Fishman began working in the restaurant industry as a teenager. He has held many positions in the hospitality industry and is the owner of a degree from Ohio State University in Restaurant Administration.
His expertise in wine is well known among the regional and national food and wine elite. In 1987 Bob started the Grapevine with his wife Lisa and has been a cornerstone of the Cleveland wine scene as both a retailer and consultant to some of the area's best restaurants.
